Lifetime Cover Options

Homebase has taken a new approach to pet insurance: they have a policy specific to cats and one specific to dogs. Most other insurers will offer the same cover for both, even though cat and dog needs are different.

Cat cover: choose between 2 cover levels, Cat Care with £1,000 vet fees per year and Cat Care Plus with £2,500 in vet fees per policy year. Homebase unique cat insurance will also give you £1,000 towards repeat tick and worm treatment.

Dog Cover: only Homebase Platinum cover will give you lifetime protection, and up to £7,500 per year in vet fees. The other 2 options, Silver and Gold, only insure a medical condition for a 12 month period, so make sure you select Homebase Platinum that also include £2 million cover for third party liability.
